Our Customer Support Service can be contacted by email email or live chat via the FAMOCO Management Suite.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and to best assist you we require some basic information when you get in touch.

Please include the following:

  • The account name
  • Your name
  • Your email
  • Your phone number

If your ticket concerns a FAMOCO device, please also include the FAMOCO ID which can be found beneath the battery or in the Dashboard.
